Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at binavali245@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Beauty and personal care items

• Gift cards

• Clearance, promotional, or sale items

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, or size, please submit a return request for the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) received the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You shall return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
