Where do you ship from?
We ship from Basel, Switzerland.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping takes 2–3 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (express). International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. EU customers also have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt.
